To ensure our doctors can spend ample time with each patient and their scheduled surgeries each day, we ask all clients to schedule appointments ahead of time.
While we never want our clients and patients to wait, emergency cases are treated with top priority. We ask that clients are understanding of this policy as appointments will occasionally and inevitably be delayed.
To guarantee the safety of all clients and patients, pets must be properly controlled while in our lobby and exam rooms. Prior to entering our facility, all dogs and cats must be on a leash or in an appropriate carrier.
We strive to make our patients as comfortable as possible. Keep in mind that some pets may easily become anxious around new people, new environments and other pets. For this reason, proper restraint is a must.
Drop-off appointments are only available for baths, boarding and grooming.
Thank you for choosing East Hampton Veterinary Group. Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive veterinary care available for your pet. An important part of our mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our clients as possible by offering several payment options. East Hampton Veterinary Group requires payment in full at the end of your pet's examination and/or at the time of discharge.
In order to provide our patients with the best veterinary care possible, we request all payments be made at the time services are rendered. We will gladly provide estimates for all services, surgeries and hospitalizations, just give us a call and one of our friendly receptionists will assist you.
For your convenience, we accept payment via cash, personal checks (with proper identification), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and CareCredit®.
We understand that high-quality care can be costly, especially when illness and accidents occur unexpectedly. Many of our clients have pet insurance, and we believe that it is a choice that clients should make based on their individual needs. We provide several brochures at the hospital for your information.
It is not uncommon for veterinary hospitals to care for pets from other veterinary hospitals in need of emergency services or visitors and newcomers to the area. We request that you share your pet's health records with us so we can provide the highest quality care.
Please bring your pet's health records with you to your first visit, email easthamptonvet@optonline.net or fax us at (631) 324-0918. We can also accommodate you by contacting your primary or previous veterinary hospital directly to have your pet's records transferred.
